	January 3-9, 2011 - Bud Light Fiesta BCS Party Green Dining Network is the official waste vegetable oil recycler for the Bud Light Fiesta BCS Party being held at the Scottsdale Waterfront in the days leading up to the big game on January 10th! November 12-14, 2010 - Scottsdale Greek Festival Green Dining Network is recycling the WVO from the Scottsdale Greek Festival located at the Scottsdale Civic Center. October 9, 2010 - Arizona Taco Festival Green Dining Network is recycling the WVO from the AZ Taco Festival at the Scottsdale Waterfront. Marv will be the emcee at the closing session. The event is free to attend, and will have a number of informative sessions and exhibits about sustainability and our environment.
