 Business Ethics
At AZ Green Dining Network, we believe that the only way we can have long-term sustainable success in the marketplace is to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct. It is our goal, therefore, to create the "gold standard" that the industry is held accountable to. We have developed a Code of Ethics that all of our team members commit to and sign. This document is included in every team member's personnel file.
When you do business with AZ Green Dining Network, you can be assured that not only are we acting in your best interest as our customer, but that we are pioneering high standards for our industry as well.

As a team member of AZ Green Dining Network, I adhere to the standards established in our Code of Ethics as outlined below:
- We observe the fair practices of competition.
- Unless directed by our client, at no time do we service or remove an oil containment vessel that is not an established account of AZ Green Dining Network without receiving written authorization from the client. The client must initiate the request for us to service any other container, and the client must fill out our "Oil Removal Form." Even then, we will only act if the other service provider has been provided written notice and has been given ample time to resolve the issue.
- We respect the property of all competitive firms, and do not participate in any action that defaces or contributes to the destruction of any containment vessels. This includes established and non-established competitors.
- We treat all competitors with respect in all of our client communications.
- At no time do we participate in communication that undermines the credibility of any competing organization.
- We focus solely on the value offerings of the AZ Green Dining Network to potential clients and how we, as an organization, can powerfully contribute to the profitable success of our customers.
